Founded and operated by Peter Grubbe, a first-generation farmer and McHenry County native, our farm is built on a passion for sustainable agriculture and over a decade of hands-on farming experience. Today, Peter farms alongside his wife, Elizabeth, who shares his dedication to organic farming and bringing high-quality, locally grown food to the community.
